A SOLDIER'S HEART is the touching story of a wounded soldier who is angry and bitter over the hand he's been dealt, and he makes things difficult for his physical therapist, Mary Kate Flanagan. It's interesting to watch as these two duke it out in a battle of wills, which keeps the tension tight. Ms. Perry's characters come alive with her realistic plot and interesting conflicts that keep them on their toes.

HIDE IN PLAIN SIGHT is a well-written story set in Pennsylvania's Amish country, and Marta Perry's warm novel offers some terrific history about the Amish community.

In HEARTS AFIRE, paramedic Terry Flanagan and physician Jake Lansdowne clash over her clinic for migrant farm workers, but as they paths cross, their hearts open up to love in Marta Perry's touching story. Four Stars!
